Order Discrepancies and damage goods: (excluding freight claims) must be reported to HERBAL CITIZEN in writing within 4 days of receipt of goods.

Return: Any claim must be reported within 4 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without written permission from HERBAL CITIZEN.

Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping both ways.

Cancelled and Refused Orders: All orders are valid unless an authorized cancellation is received within 2 weeks prior to shipping date. A restocking fee of 20% and the cost of shipping (both ways) will be charged for cancelled or refused orders.

Backorders will be cancelled unless you specify.
